An Inktober Wrap Up: Inktober Batch #2

I hope you all had a great October and that those of you participating in Inktober found your art improved with each ink drawing. I definitely felt like my drawings had more life in them this year. Anyway, here’s the rest of them. Enjoy!

Day 8 – Midnight Hags
Mozenrath may go out at night and yes, he casts curses, but he’ll thank you not to call him a hag.

Day 9 – Strangeness and Charm
Looks like Quirrell and Voldemort made that roller skating date after all.

Day 10 – Creepy Crawlies
Two arms? Check. Two eyes? Check. Four rows of teeth? Check and check. So far, Ancou’s experiment is going splendidly.

Day 11 – Betwixt Between
Bellatrix learned the proper way to ride a broom but promptly decided to forget it.

Day 12 – Spirits Clad in Veils
Don’t get possessed, kids. It’s easy to bind but hard to unbind.

Day 13 – Children of the the night
Just a group of normal friends doing normal friend things.

Day 14 – Drawing Down the Moon
Nene has exorcisms to perform, barrier spells to set up, and a book to write. She doesn’t have time for your nonsense.

Day 20 – The Other
Luke’s thinking that maybe he doesn’t need the bathroom after all…

I made it roughly halfway through the month, which is a new record for me! If you participated in Inktober but didn’t finish all 31 drawings, you should still feel proud. However many you finished is that many that you wouldn’t have otherwise drawn.

Even though I wouldn’t consider myself an “artist,” and even though I work full time, I try to do Inktober every year, and I’m always glad I did. Art is always worth the effort.

On a side note, I’m compiling my thoughts on all the horror movies I saw for Scaretober and writing up reviews of my three favorite ones.
